This project is co-financed with European Union funds. It is led by the University of Humanities and Economics in Lodz.
We invite you to participate in the SUMMER SCHOOL, which will be held on 02/07/2018 - 15/07/2018.
Conditions: 15 participants of the Project "Political Science" with the best academic results achieved after I semester of study.
The school will be run by qualified trainers practitioners. As part of the School it will be provided an intensive Polish business language course and a vocational activation program preparing for taking up a job in Poland.
On the workshop is planned to learn about the culture, customs and habits of the city's residents. After completing the School, students will learn how to create profiles in social networks on professional portals, create a professional CV in Polish. They will practice situations that may happen during interviews with employers.
We provide a coffee break and a good lunch :), textbooks for studying Polish and interesting forms of conducting classes. Applications for qualification to the Summer School should be submitted to the office of the Center for International Studies until 26/06/2017 by 15.30.

The project includes realization of the following activities:
• Preparation of the Political Science curriculum and formal procedures
• The cycle of education concerning Political Science - 1st year
• The cycle of education concerning Political Science - 2nd year
• Summer School - "Professional Job in Poland!".
1. year of study
Classes:
- lectures - 88 hours in a group of 30 people;
- classes - 48 hours per group;
- practical classes - 264 hours per group.
Summer School
14 calendar days devoted to intensive thematic activities:
- 20h (2h / day) - Business English and functioning in international professional environment;
- 20h (2h / day) - Business Polish;
- 30h (3h / day) – tutoring sessions on starting a job in Poland with a focus on Łódź labour market;
- 4 days - interdisciplinary workshop on mastering professional skills.
2. year of study
Classes:
- lectures - 56 hours in a group of 30 people;
- classes - 112 hours per group;
- practical classes - 144 hours per group;
- lectures (for a given Specialization) - 60 hours in a group of 30 people;
- classes (for a given Specialization) - 30 hours per group;
- practical classes (for a given Specialization) - 480 hours per group.
