Recruitment process

Four-stage recruitment process is planned:

1. submission of recruitment forms to the Project Office (in person / by mail);
2. verification of eligibility for participation in the project;
3. publication of:

• the list of persons who qualified for the project,
• the reserve list,
• the list of persons not eligible to participate in the project,

4. signing and submitting project documentation and documents resulting from the commencement of education (3 photos, project contract, matura certificate, matura results, consent to personal data processing, bachelor diploma).

The successful completion of B.A. studies in Poland and the equivalent for foreigners is a necessary condition to participate in the recruitment process.

In the case of many applications, the following criteria will be taken into consideration:

•    average of graduation (0.01 = 1 point),
•    a grade from Bachelor's degree exam (1st grade = 10 points)
•    overall grade from the studies (1 grade = 10 points)
•    english test - minimum B2.

Two groups will be formed upon recruitment, each consisting of 15 students.
